All standard orders placed by 3:30 EST Monday-Friday will ship out the same day. All orders placed after 3:30 EST or on the weekend will ship the next business day.
All monogram orders we will need 2 business days to process and complete your order.
Hassle-Free Return Policy
At Hometown Girl Boutique we understand how frustrating it can be to return an item. Just complete the return form included with our order and mail it back with the original receipt and the item being returned. We will handle the rest.
Can I return or exchange monogrammed items?
Unfortunately, we cannot remove monograms from products. Due to initials being unique to individuals, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on monogrammed items.
Can I return regular priced and sale items?
You can returned regular priced items for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, sale items are final and cannot be returned. To process a return or exchange on regular priced items, please contact us and we will start your return process.
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued as a coupon code sent via email. We are unable to issue refunds.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we shipped out your order.
- Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
- Include your original receipt. If you ordered multiple items please circle the item(s) you wish to return.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless we made a mistake regarding your order.
- Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your return once it has been received at our warehouse.
We offer a limited number of each style featured, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to guarantee and exchange. We will notify you if we can provide and exchange or if we will need to issue a store credit.
What can I do if I want to order an item that is out of stock?
We understand how disappointing it is to find an item you love only to find that it has sold out. We might be able to get the item back. Just let us know and we will notify you first if/when the item is restocked.
Do you have any store locations?
We are an online-only boutique, which means you get to shop with us from your couch, the beach, anywhere. We are open 24/7!
Which items can I monogram?
Due to the various materials, only certain items can be monogrammed. Each items that can be monogram will have the monogram option and you can also locate them on the Monogram tag at the top of the home page.
Can I purchase an item without a monogram?
Of course. You can purchase any of the these items without having them monogrammed. Just skip that section to process it as a standard order.
How much does adding a monogram cost?
Monogramming cost an additional $8 per item.
